Martell Single Cru XXO Borderies is blended from eaux-de-vie from the Borderies terroir, some more than 80 years old which have attained their aromatic plenitude, resulting in exceptional richness, elegance and finesse.
For the first time in over 300 years, with the Martell Single Cru collection, Maison Martell is presenting an individual exploration of its finest terroirs, revealing the unique aromatic specificities of each.
Representing just 5% of Cognac vineyards, the small Borderies terroir extends over approximately 4,000 hectares of gentle hills and valleys, dotted with woods.
Neat, with a splash of water, or on ice.
