A Singular Expression of Craftsmanship
In the mid-19th century, cognac was traded not in bottles, but fine-grained oak casks. This tradition lives on in Les Fûts Uniques de Martell, a remarkable collection of single cask eaux-de-vie. A testament to 300 years of savoir-faire, this singular release reflects Maison Martell's rich heritage. Each of the eau-de-vie proposed for Les Futs Uniques are drawn from the Réserve Héritage, a very special reserve of eaux-de-vie that have been singled out for their rare quality and their superior potential for ageing to be kept for future generations.
Eau-de-vie Grande Champagne 32 Years Old (43°)
This eau-de-vie, produced by the Firino-Martell family and selected for the Martell reserve by the fourth Cellar Master, Pierre Frugier, has spent its entire life in a single cask and a single cellar. True to its origins in the Grande Champagne terroir, known for the ageing potential of its eaux-de-vie, it has developed rich notes of dry fruit and dried flowers, and a full, mellow character.
